I love working as a wedding photographer and nothing beats some of the wedding venues in Essex! From Gosfield Hall to Leez Priory, and Quendon Hall to Layer Marney, there really is so much choice you are totally spoilt for choice.Take a look at some of the wedding venues I have been lucky enough to photograph and some of the amazing couples I have had the pleasure of working with.

Gosfield hall wedding venue is located in Halstead & is a favorite wedding venue for couples who want to do it all in style. Having worked here on numerous occasions, it is one of my favourite wedding venues too.

did you know that during the french revolution, King Louis XVIII & his Queen, Marie-Josephine-Louise of Savoy fled France & the guillotine to live at Gosfield Hall.

A wonderful grade I listed building, Leez Priory wedding venue boasts beautiful grounds & period buildings. A perfect place to get wonderful wedding day memories!

did you know that Leez Priory was the first country house in the UK licensed to hold civil ceremonies. It is also known as "delicious Leez".

Another grade I listed wedding venue – Quendon hall combines a period country house with a glorious marquee for your evening wedding reception. Set in beautiful grounds with a deer park as a back drop.

Parklands Quendon hall is one of the few venues that can hold a capacity of 500 guests! Ideal for those large wedding parties.

Newland Hall is a wonderful wedding venue, nestled in the rural Essex countryside. Boasting beautiful surroundings & a lovely marquee for your wedding breakfast, you can be sure of a wonderful wedding experience at one of the county’s most well known wedding venues.

Long before it was recognised as one of the best wedding venues in Essex, the Manor of ‘Newlanda’ as it was formerly known, belonged to King Harold prior to the Norman conquest.

Pretty much on my doorstep – Friern Manor is just beautiful! A period Georgian house located in Dunton is set in beautiful grounds & can hold up to 150 guests, making this ideal for most wedding parties.

Located just a few miles east from the M25, Friern Manor is easily accessible. The Manor was built in the 18th century & it's former owners were the governors of St Bart's Hospital.

I love Layer Marney – the grounds are beautiful, the hospitality even greater. Everytime I work here, I am always welcomed with open arms. It is a family run venue & I can assure you that lovely folk at Layer Marney treat everyone like family too!

Layer Marney Tower is the tallest Tudor gatehouse in Britain & survived the great english earthquake in 1884.
