Stanmore Golf club wedding photography – Teresa & Ben
Teresa and Ben got married in October 2017 at the beautiful Stanmore golf club, which is a wonderful golf club in Middlesex. They had their ceremony at the same venue as the reception, which was great, because having everything in one venue meant more time for mingling. They chose Stanmore Golf club because it’s near their home and it was actually the only wedding venue they looked at. It was a discrete wedding, which made it very personal and emotional. I love shooting weddings at golf clubs because the light is just wonderful and the grounds are so lovely. The golf greens are an ideal place for some beautiful moments for wedding photography.
Teresa got ready at home with her bridal party, and the atmosphere was full of excitement. The girls then rode a fancy wedding car to the ceremony. The wedding car, however, left it a little late, after getting stuck in traffic en route to picking the bridal party up.
The wedding itself was a legal ceremony in the venue grounds in the golf clubhouse. During the ceremony, they had a beautiful reading. It was so emotional. As with every ceremony, there is always an element of realisation on the emotional journey of love that two people will take together, and this one was no different.
The reception was in the same room and they Had a three-course wedding breakfast after we had done the formal wedding photography in the afternoon and a hot and cold buffet in the evening. We managed to create some great moments in the evening as the sun came down and created some fantastic colours in the early evening sky. They decorated the venue with the colours that Teresa & Ben had chosen for their wedding and it looked wonderful because it fitted with the time of year.
The best part of the day was the evening because we managed to get some wonderful images of just the two of them, with the wonderful backdrop that the setting sun provided for us!
Hope you enjoy the Stanmore golf club wedding photography.
